Legendary Chef Henri Brosi has created an extraordinary menu of canapés for SHOWCASE. Brosi left the Dorchester in 2019 after two decades at the helm and now oversees the food offering at the Lansdowne Club, the Mayfair private members' club. Over his 44-year career, the chef has also worked at three Michelin-star restaurants around the continent and led catering at events including Royal Ascot and the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
